Worksheet  for writing an effective resume.

To be completed by yourself or with the help of a friend/ or your counselor. The value of a helper is that they provide a second set of ears and eyes to question your answers and probe for depths that are difficult to find on your own.

 

1.    GET A DESCRIPTION OF YOUR IDEAL JOB! Give some thought to your ideal next job and then search some of the job boards for well-written descriptions. If you can find two or three descriptions copy them and save them as they will be helpful in constructing your resume.
