Referral Program

Details of the Program

Your referral must be made through this form submission. We will acknowledge your referral by email once we receive and confirm its validity. You will receive a payment for the referral if a placement is made within 6 months from your referral date as a result of your referral. We pay you the fee as it is earned by PeopleStaff. At this time we are accepting referrals only for job opportunities and talent in the ERP, eCommerce, eBusiness, CRM, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, Data warehousing, Web Application Development, software development, Enterprise Sales, and the AMR marketplace.

This program is based on your trust and our ability to make placements. Not every referral you make will result in a placement but every referral you make will be worked. 

We pay 5% of our fees/profits as they are earned up to a maximum of $599.

Examples:

• your referral of a candidate results in PeopleStaff earning a placement fee of $10,000 earns you a payment of $500
  
• you refer a candidate or a job opportunity that results in a placement of a contractor on a 6 month assignment where PeopleStaff earns $3200 per month earns you a payment of $599.
